The mobile RPG AFK Arena by Lilith Games has partnered with the popular isekai series Re:ZERO – Starting Life in Another World for an exciting collaboration. The limited-time event began on April 12, 2023, and will run until June 10, 2023.
To generate anticipation, a trailer showcasing gameplay footage of the new playable characters from Re:ZERO, Emilia and Rem, was released on AFK Arena’s official YouTube channel. In this crossover event, Emilia takes the lead, and Rem joins her on an unexpected journey through Esperia. They must form alliances, confront enemies, and face a challenging battle.
Emilia, a Spiritual Arts User, specializes in ice damage and provides AoE healing to the team. Her signature skill allows teammates to recover energy by attacking frozen enemies. Rem, the Demon Maid from AFK Arena, excels in healing abilities and deals increased damage based on the number of fallen teammates.
In addition to the new characters, the collaboration event introduces two gift codes offering various benefits for players. A Re:ZERO-themed map called Dark Mist Rift is available from April 12 to April 23, and players can acquire a free exclusive tavern skin for Rem between April 12 and June 10, 2023. The gift codes are “AFKRE0” and “LUCK2023.”
AFK Arena has previously featured crossover events with characters like Geralt of Rivia and Ezio, as well as historical figures such as Joan of Arc and Leonardo da Vinci. The Re:ZERO collaboration event, including the appearance of Rem and Emilia, will only be accessible until June 10, 2023. Players are encouraged to log in, claim the new characters, and participate in Re:ZERO-themed events before the event concludes.
