Animation powerhouse Illumination, renowned for the Despicable Me franchise, kicked off the year with a blockbuster success in The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Migration follows the Mallard family—Mack (voiced by Kumail Nanjiani) and Pam (Elizabeth Banks)—along with their kids, Dax (Caspar Jennings) and Gwen (Tresi Gazal). Mack is content keeping his family safe on a pond in New England, but Pam dreams of exploring the world. As winter approaches, they decide to fly from their chilly home to tropical Jamaica, embarking on a journey fraught with unexpected twists and turns. The film boasts an impressive voice cast, including Danny DeVito, Awkwafina, Keegan-Michael Key, and Carol Kane.

With its star-studded cast, stunning animation, and a heartfelt story brimming with humor, Migration promises to be another crowd-pleaser from Illumination. Keep reading to discover when and where you can catch it!

Rated PG, Migration is currently slated for exclusive theatrical release, with no streaming release date announced.
