Disney World Introduces Limited-Time ‘Encanto’ Experience

Prepare to capture unforgettable moments during your Walt Disney World getaway! Disney PhotoPass has exciting news as they introduce more photo opportunities in the four Disney Parks this autumn.

Disney PhotoPass is a service available throughout the four Disney Parks, select Disney Resorts, and when open, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. Guests can have beautiful photos taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers during their visit.

These pictures can be accessed via the My Disney Experience app or online. To obtain them, guests can either add Memory Maker to their package or purchase photos individually.

Memory Maker is an option that can be added to a Walt Disney World vacation package. Currently priced at $169.00 if purchased in advance, Memory Maker provides numerous benefits for guests.

Once purchased, Memory Maker grants access to on-ride photos and professional pictures taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout the Walt Disney World Resort property. Guests can view their photos on the My Disney Experience app, download them, and share them. After their trip, photos can also be accessed and downloaded via the Disney PhotoPass website, making it a convenient way to preserve memories from a magical vacation.

Disney PhotoPass photographers can capture guests’ moments at various locations across Walt Disney World Resort. Some of these locations offer Magic Shots, which add an extra touch of enchantment to the photos. Magic Shots can include beloved characters like Sven in Norway or Simba in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. While not all Disney PhotoPass photographers offer Magic Shots, it’s always worth asking, as you might be in for a delightful surprise in your pictures.

Disney Parks has announced that guests visiting Walt Disney World this fall will have even more opportunities to capture magical photos. Nine new photo opportunities are set to debut across the resort, enhancing the already fantastic photo experiences available at Walt Disney World.

At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, guests can enjoy Ahsoka Magic Shots featuring Chopper, a Loth Cat, and Ahsoka, tying into the release of the show on Disney+.

In celebration of Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month, there will be Magic Shots inspired by beloved films such as Encanto (2021) and Coco (2017). These shots may include characters like Bruno, Dante, and Luisa. These options will be available in Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

All four Disney parks will offer Halloween Magic Shots during the fall season. At Disney Springs, a new Haunted Mansion backdrop will be available for guests. The Disney PhotoPass studio at Disney Springs will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., providing a convenient opportunity for guests to create memorable photos.

Lastly, a new photo opportunity featuring The Muppets will be located near the Odyssey. This Magic Shot will showcase Bunsen and Beaker, highlighting their contributions to the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
